The office is in Parkland House in a section of Forrest Street between Stirling Highway and the railway line.
Access to Forrest Street is either from Stirling Highway (no right turn) or from Railway Road.
Parking is available in Forrest Street and adjacent to the railway line. Best parking is in the shopper’s car park off Station St with rear access to Parkland House.
Staff parking directly behind the building is not available for patients but does provide a good drop off point for elderly or disabled patients.
Dr Wallace’s office is on the ground floor with no problems for wheelchair access.

STAFF:
Julie Scott is Receptionist/ Office manager. She is a one-eyed West Coast Eagles AFL football supporter and has been known to charge opposition team supporters double consultation fees!

Cassie Randall is the Office Accountant. She pays all the bills and refers our bad debtors to Louis who is much tougher.

Sheri-Lee Knoop is our Registered Nurse Practitioner who consults with Cosmetic patients and provides non-surgical treatments, usually at the end of a needle!
